100% Roussane dry white wine from One Way Vineyards in the Texas High Plains. It was hand harvested and fermented and aged in French Oak barrels for 12 months. This Roussanne has great acidity and elegance that is reminiscent of a slightly oaked Chardonnay from Napa but with more aromatic and full bodied complexities of sweet lemon and apricot.
