This is a dry naturally sparkling rosé made from a field blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre from our estate vineyard. It is naturally fermented with wild yeast and bottled before fermentation is complete to create the natural light carbonation in the bottle. It is a fun fruity naturally sparkling rosé meant to be opened in celebration. It is meant to have sediment in the bottle. Pour into carafe and leave sediment in the bottle. Drink young and enjoy!
