These grapes were intentionally hand harvested for rosé, which means we picked them earlier in the season to ensure more acidity and brightness in the rosé. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for 4 months. This is a medium bodied rosé that is bright and crisp with sweet floral notes on the nose and notes of red apple and ripe strawberry.
