This book attempts to inform and educate readers, increasing their understanding of pairing wine and food using Texas Hill Country wines. 

About the Author

Andrew Lee is a well-known tasting room manager at Sandy Road Vineyard in Johnson City, Texas. Andy, his wife Sandra and their dog Belle enjoy living on 25 acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. After retiring from the Hi-tech and Telecommunication industry in 2008, he pursued his lifelong dream to become a wine and food aficionado. Many have requested his recipes so using his knowledge of wines, he decided to create a cookbook focusing on pairing wines with food.This book represents Andy's passion for wine and dining, refined throughout the years by exploring cultures worldwide, hosting dinner parties for decades, and extensive practice and knowledge of diverse entrees.
