Twenty two acres of vines nestled in the rolling hills of the Texas Hill Country, just north of the Pedernales River Basin, grown in unique soils and farmed by hand with intention.

You can taste the difference that careful farming makes. We keep crop loads low, harvest and sort by hand, and give each vine the attention it needs. The result is better fruit, wines with real character, and an honest expression of our Texas hillside.

Lower slope

Free draining sand and sandy loam soil at the bottom of the hillside leads to fruit forward elegant wines.

Clay

Mid-slope

Red clay has greater water holding capacity and structure through the middle leads to a bolder character.

Limestone

Upper slope

White chalky limestone and rocky soils at the top of the hill lead to structure and bold minerality.

Our estate vineyard rises on an east facing hillside. Sandy loam gives way to red clay, then to shallow white, chalky, rocky limestone near the top. That transition changes drainage, water availability, heat, and vine vigor block by block.

The soil changes as you move up the hill, and those differences show up in the grapes and the wines.

We also farm an amazing 6 acre vineyard next door at our wonderful neighbors property. The site has sandy loam and clay soils with decomposed granite and even large granite outcroppings nearby.

2025 was our first vintage from this new vineyard so expect to see new wines coming soon. We can't wait to share them with you.

We looked to warm regions of Spain, France, and Italy for varieties already fluent in sun, warmth, and limestone. Every grape below is grown on our 22 acre estate vineyard and farmed by hand.

Cabernet Sauvignon brings a firm tannic frame, dark fruit, and savory depth. Careful crop balance and hand harvesting help us keep power and freshness in conversation.

Graciano

Aromatic lift · Bright acidity · Spice

Graciano brings vivid color, naturally bright acidity, and aromatic spice. Its late ripening nature finds an advantage in our long, warm growing season and adds freshness to the blend.

Grenache loves sun and heat. On our estate it contributes generous red fruit and a soft, approachable texture, whether poured on its own or layered into a blend.

Roussanne is our estate grown white variety, bringing pear, floral and herbal aromatics, a silken texture, and the savory complexity that makes it especially compelling at the table.

Sangiovese thrives in sunny, limestone-rich sites. It brings lively acidity, cherry and red fruit character, plus the herbal and spicy notes that keep the wine fresh and balanced.

Wines grown on this hillside are identified as Estate Grown. Sometimes we find amazing grapes from other Texas vineyards and produce small batch wines that are designated 100% Texas Grown, but equally as delicious and terroir driven. Our goal is a fully estate grown portfolio without ever compromising the promise that every wine is grown in Texas.
