Our Winemaker Dinners are intimate, seasonal celebrations that bring together fine wine, thoughtful cuisine, and the beauty of the Texas Hill Country. Every few months, we craft a new multi-course menu inspired by the season’s best ingredients, each dish paired with our estate-grown wines.
These evenings are designed to showcase the harmony between food and wine—elevated yet welcoming experiences that highlight both our vineyard and the flavors of the season. No two dinners are ever the same, making each event a unique opportunity to taste and discover.
