Wine
What wine to serve? Sandy Roads Sweetheart is perfect for this dish.
This Riesling has just a hint of sweetness and compliments the slight peppery flavor of the salad. A perfect pair! Need more recipes and pairings? Come by for a copy of my book “Dinner at Andy’s” available at the vineyard or an Amazon.
Hope to see you soon at the vineyard!
